A wide range of activities are available at the RBS Williams F1 Conference Centre and can be used for team building and hospitality days or to enhance your meeting or conference.

A combination of any of the activities outlined below can be run simultaneously to get your guests working together whilst having fun in a unique and inspirational environment.

• Grand Prix Collection Tour - an opportunity to view the Williams F1 Collection which spans the teams 30 year history from 1977 to the present day. Each of the World Championship winning cars are represented from the very first car designed and built by the team
• F1 Simulator - Realistic force feedback through the steering wheel simulating the loading effect whilst cornering, braking and acceleration. Controlled by the participant using the onboard brake and accelerator pedals. The experience is enhanced as the participant sits in a genuine car with a full set of wheels and aerodynamics
• Pitstop Challenge - Each team attempts to replicate the awesome team work that takes place in the Williams F1 pit lane during a Grand Prix
• Scalextric - Four teams, four F1 cars and an all action format that provides non stop head to head racing from the moment the lights turn green through to the chequered flag finish
• Viper Cars - Based on the incredible Chrysler Viper these funky cars are the ultimate in terms of fun.  Using the latest radio controlled technology; the Vipers operate on a fantastic skills circuit featuring a bridge, slalom and see-saw, the course bristles with penalties so the only way to win is with superb team driving skills.  After the initial practice sessions, teams are presented with a timed competition which is a combination of speed & skill where only the best team can win!
• The F1 Quiz - The F1 quiz features a combination of quick fire knowledge rounds, picture clues and specialist categories to test everyone's ability.
• The Crossing The entire team negotiates a safe route from A to B with basic resource available
• Masterminds Create dynamic words using your team in a creative and imaginative format
• Chaos Team coordination and the ability to follow a plan are essential for success
• Chasm With limited resource, team communication and trust in this difficult challenge are essential
• HQ Totally in the dark, the objective is to build the new company HQ
• On Trak Using radio controlled cars, each team has to build and drive their route to success
• Petrol Heads Lateral thinking outside the box!
• Kitcars Build your own Kit Car and race against other teams
• Pipeline Get connected with your team
• Synchro Racers Supplied with comprehensive components, teams have to build their racer, design the team identity and compete in the finale
• Logo Build Agree on a team design; create the new company logo using balloons and present the finished article to the rest of the group
• Five Minutes 2 Zero Challenged with a set number of mini tasks , each team has just 5 minutes to complete each one
• Stax A variation on Jenga, with smaller more intricate components to build creative structures with all delegates agreeing on the design at the start
• Equilibrium This lateral thinking exercise requires team agreement on a solution before attempting the task, once started theirs no going back
• Laser Clay Shooting - Laser Clay Shooting is fun, competitive and easy to learn. With 5 people involved at a time, the competition is intense in this all action activity, especially as everyone is shooting at the same target!
• Archery - One of England's oldest country sports, archery always fascinates and guarantees to tests guest's skills.
• Crossbow - A sport similar to archery, however, with crossbows, greater accuracy is possible over a longer distance, so no excuses, you should be on target with each and every shot.
• Traditional Clay Shooting - The Real Thing! It's a non stop action with a mixture of easy and intermediary clay targets providing a challenge for everyone.
• Duck Herding - Each guest attempts to guide a 'herd' of badly behaved ducks ably assisted by an equally 'professional' collie through and around a purpose built course, all against the clock! After this, 'One Man and his Dog' looks very easy.
• Falconry - Flying hawks, owls and falcons is a unique experience, a once in a lifetime opportunity with each guest having personal tuition in this ancient sport. The activity can also be designed to finish an event with a spectacular display, the falcons and hawks stooping to the lure at speeds up to 125 mph. • Gnat Shooting - Aiming at specially designed radio controlled model aircraft; this will be the fastest moving target you will ever get to shoot using conventional shotguns.
• Laser Clay Helicopters - A great alternative to 'Gnats' especially where traditional clay shooting is not possible.

Driving Experiences:
• Argocat - The incredible Argocat is both unconventional and exciting. With skid steer levers for direction instead of a steering wheel, the 'Argo' combines 'off road' ability with amphibious capability across any terrain - the Argocat is quite literally a 'go anywhere' machine
• Pilot Buggies - This single seater off road buggy is a 'must have' activity for any driving experience. Our specialist Pilot circuit will test both driver and machine to the limit. Driving
• Off Road Quads - These all terrain, four wheeled vehicles are robust and resilient. Their qualities will be put to the test over our challenging obstacle course, which includes ramps, see-saw and limbo.
• Hovercraft - Have you flown before? Flying a hovercraft is a unique experience whether in the driving seat or as a passenger with just one flight we'll have you hooked for life.
• The Mini Challenge - The Mini Challenge is a highly original event and an unique experience at The RBS Williams F1 Conference Centre.  Utilising the latest Mini cars, each team has a series of specialist challenges to complete and with only a limited amount of information and resource available, teamwork, initiative and imagination are essential elements for success.
